INDEMNITY:

• I / We, the various persons listed below (hereinafter referred to as “we”) have read and understand the content of this form.
• We are aware of all the risks associated with the game drive experience and by our signature herewith accept the terms of this indemnity and as such we agree to be bound by the following:
• I/We hereby agree that it is a condition of my/our occupation of the hotel/resort premises and the use of facilities including game drives that the owner/companies/suppliers/tour operators/service providers shall not be responsible for any accident, damage or bodily injury/loss of life to any person or loss/damage to any property brought by myself/my family/guest or any person by entering/visiting the premises, or taking part in any activity, including the game drive, whether arising from wild animals, fire, theft, damage or any other causes and by whomsoever or whatsoever caused whether arising from the negligence or otherwise or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the owner/companies/suppliers or wild animals on the property.
• I/We hereby also acknowledge that the premises are inhabited by dangerous animals and reptiles. I/We further confirm specifically that I/we have read and explained the content of this indemnity to all the above-mentioned persons and I/we agree and have fully accepted the conditions hereof.
